Do observe the level of detailing in the drawing. Intelligent person will make sure that every detail is given required attention. He may also provide some background to make it look more real.

A creative person with some good drawing skills will draw something like this:

A creative person will draw something out of the box. He sees what a normal person doesn’t. The details won’t matter much to him, but presenting it in a completely different way surely does.
